Organising.... organising....

headache

It is really not easy to organise a class trip as hassle is a must. Hotel bookings, transport reservations, ferry rides. and that is just a small fraction of it. what more??? me and bryan get no profit out of it!!!! well... maybe some claims and claims aren't profit. where are we going to get the money for prom??????? dang...

hmmm.. now here comes another problem. the participants. the most headaching of the hassles. there is problem finding enough people to go for the trip. then there is the complaining. the price too high, we're going to be going separately.. hmmm... honestly, it will be quite impossible to do and go everywhere together unless we go by a travel agent with a guide. which will be terribly expensive. like 450+++++++++?????

firstly, we cant go out to eat as a class as it will be expensive and will only be able to find food at restaurants and not hawkers. and chances are... the food isn't going to satisfy everybody.

well.. for those who are reading my blog and from my class.. here s the breakdown of the costs:

(estimated 30 people)

1. hotel fee- (190(surcharge)+165+165)*3*9=4680 2.bus fare- 2800 3.ferry fare-31(including teacher)*36=1116 total=4680+2800+1116=8596

each person pays 300, so total we will get is 300*30=9000

and we have left =404. round it up to 400. thats all we have left. and its not alot.

so people, if you want me and bryan to plan activities for you guys to do stuff together, the trip fee is going to cost more and chances are not all of you are going to enjoy it.

so what we do is, bring more money, go there, and then arrange the activities there to your liking, and why not?? we can do them together!!!!! no problem!!!!

and lastly, all me and bryan needs is your support, go for the class trip, at least 30 of you, bring friends or brothers or sisters whatever you want and the costs will be lower, and more extra money to spend on junk and food and whatever games you want to play there, beach ball, toys, bikini's etcetera etcetera etcetera.....

thank you for your time.

regards,

joyee and bryan
